We are delighted to be partnering with Cognomie, a global performance and wellbeing coaching organisation who have worked extensively with colleagues in other Flutter divisions.
You can use your External Learning Support fund to sign up for single coaching sessions, or choose unlimited sessions over the next six months to support you in any aspect of your personal development.

Step 3: After completing your ‘Cognosis’ questionnaire, which is designed to help you reflect on your coaching needs and plan for your first session, you’ll be matched with a coach who is perfect for you and they can help you explore what would be most useful for you to work on.
