Request approval through your usual ELS process via FlutterBe

Step 4: Start Your Coaching Journey

Embark on your coaching journey by reflecting on your goals, completing your Cognosis Questionnaire from Cognomie, and getting matched with your ideal coach. You can book sessions online, switch coaches anytime, and access resources as needed.
