What happens next?

After answering a short, private, questionnaire, we match you with your ideal qualified coach who will help you develop the areas that are important to you – may be that’s your relationships, your career, your performance at work or preventing mental ill-health.

You’ll be sent your personal report and your Mental Fitness coach will contact you to arrange your coaching session/s. Defra employees receive at least 40% off the usual price.

Register your interest in our coaching below, check our privacy policy and Terms and Conditions, and submit your details. Shortly after, you’ll receive a welcome email from us and a link to the payment portal. Pay for the coaching package that suits you and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after followed by further details from Cognomie.

We’ll then start your onboarding. We will ask you to answer a few questions so we can find out a bit more about you and what you are looking for to ensure you get the most from your coaching. This will include:

  • Assessing your focus areas and goals for your coaching programme
  • Matching your personality and needs to one of our expert coaches
  • Planning your coaching journey
  • Setting goals and milestones to measure your success

Setting these parameters will help ensure you get the greatest value from your time spent with your coach.
