This is one way in which we are looking to diversify our Management and Leadership development offering across Flutter UK&I. Giving you more choice and freedom to drive your personal growth.

We are delighted to be partnering with Cognomie, a global performance and wellbeing coaching organisation with Mental Fitness at the heart of everything they do.

We have three different coaching packages that you can choose from, depending on your specific needs at any one time. You can choose from:

  • Unlimited coaching for 6 months (to help you focus on your self-development goals through a particular year) – £1200
  • Unlimited coaching for 3 months (to work through a short term challenge or specific development area) – £900
  • 1 off coaching session (for a ‘quick fix’) – £210

Get the most out of your coaching programme

Before you speak to one of Cognomie’s coaches, you’ll get more from the conversation if you think about some of the areas of focus that you could address from a coaching programme. Consider some of the following areas:

  • Leadership (for example confidence)

What happens next?

Once you’ve registered your interest in our coaching programme we’ll start your onboarding. We will ask you to answer a few questions so we can find out a bit more about you and what you are looking for to ensure you get the most from your coaching. This will include:

  • Assessing your focus areas and goals for your coaching programme
  • Matching your personality and needs to one of our expert coaches
  • Planning your coaching journey
  • Setting goals and milestones to measure your success

Setting these parameters will help ensure you get the greatest value from your time spent with your coach.
