Tell us what are your ‘go to’ tips for strengthening Mental fitness?
Generate insight – be curious and through personal reflection, feedback and conversation become more aware and self-aware.
Identify shifts and changes you want to make – understand what you are thinking, how you are feeling and how these are serving and limiting you to be who you want to be and to be at your best.
Talk to a thinking partner/ coach to help you structure your thinking, to reflect deeply with someone who is fully present and create action plans which you can commit to, to make the shifts that are important to you. Hold yourself to account and encourage your coach to help you too.
